THE PROBLEM

Our company is driven by core values of depositing to society through creating structures than enable long term positive results. There has been a huge outcry for lack of entrepreneurial mind-sets in South Africa, with many tertiary students looking only towards being employees as opposed to being entrepreneurs. This is largely because many students have not been exposed to a first-hand experience of entrepreneurship; therefore fear of the unknown pushes them away from pursuing business.

OUR SOLUTION

One of the structures we are developing is a student mentorship program, which will be operated as an internship program. The idea behind this program is to have students from tertiary institutions work under the supervision of our consultants, and thereby gain valuable exposure to the world of entrepreneurship. This gives students a platform to exercise their theoretical knowledge learnt in university, combined with the practical work experience and understand the fundamentals of forming an entrepreneurial venture.
